03 Expy Front Rotors

Does anyone have a large lip on their 03 Expy's front rotors? After 5000 miles I have over 3x more wear than two other cars with 36000 miles.

Yes I can feel a slight ridge, maybe 1/32 inch or so and mine only have 3800 miles. It is clearly more of a ridge than my other car which has 30000 miles on it. Tomorrow I will be contacting Ford about replacing my vehicle due to unresolved A/C and brake dust issues. If you are not aware of these issue look at the forums on them, the A/C one is teen pages long.

My AC works fine actually, except for long trips where I have to turn it off then back on every few hours. I don't make long trips so it's hard to show the problem to the dealership.
