Door Lock issue?

Door Lock issue?
Here are the issues in no particular order...
1. Key fob will not arm (or disarm) the security system (I don't know if it is active or not, the security flash does show on the instrument display)
2. the door lock buttons will not lock/unlock the doors (this is a new issue, I was able to use this yesterday, 11/23)
3. the driver door security keypad does not work, it did yesterday.
4. the interior lights do not come on when the door is opened, though I can turn them on from the dash switch
5. the radio does not auto shut off when you turn off the vehicle and take the key out of the ignition (I tried by turning the engine off and let the radio play for 30 mins. it did not shut off)
6. turning the headlights on, then turning the engine off and pulling the key out of the ignition, the truck does not "ding" at you to warn you left your lights on.
This is all I have noticed
Last weekend I took the cover plate off that covers the fuse box when I noticed that one of the fuses (7.5A) that was part of the DVD player installed by previous owner was melted. My original intent was to replace ignition switch due to the issues above, but when I saw the fuse I just replaced the fuse to see if that was the problem. I did not replace the ignition switch yet, just to clarify.
