Dave that is the servo. It looks simular to yours, and mine is mounted on the intake. It has a metal plate coming out of the diafram with the chain attached to the end of that. yours looks like the chain is hooked to the diafram

Did you mean where can you find a replacment? I looked at a place that sells Ford parts and they only went back to 1980. I would look in the junkyards, and don't overlook the late 70's cars. I bet they had the same set-up as the trucks.
