I saw a thread questioning the site Retrax over..com. I needed the a hardware mounting kit for mine so I was searching the net for a place to buy the kit. Came across the site prices looked very fair. Decided I would place an order. $49 price. Came with a $50 delivery fee. It looked a bit sketchy but proceeded with the order to test it out thinking my purchase was protected if I used a credit card. In the checkout process you get 2 choices, Apple Pay or PayPal. I selected Apple Pay. This is where things went dark imo. After the order goes through they tell you that you’ll get an email to finish the payment process. The email comes with a phone number, you are supposed to make payment then send a screenshot and email the screen shot and they’ll send the order. I sent an email questioning the process. I chose to not follow through. I recommend DO NOT ISE THIS SITE. I instead went to REALTRUCK.com. They were extremely helpful and I bought what I needed for $69. I read somewhere that this is the official site for Retrax. If anyone has used Retrax over.com and the purchase worked out I’d like to hear about it but honestly I’ll still just go to Realtruck for future purchases.
