Why do they need to be replaced? Did they blow from a side impact? Contact a body shop on replacement costs and procedures so they are done correctly and be 100% functional, messing with airbags should not be a DIY unless you have the proper equipment and diagnostics. You might install new bags only to have them blow the moment you start the truck.
You can have my air bags, I hate those widow makers. I grew up without air bags and can easily continue. I would consider you lucky for not having them lol.

This is exactly what I was thinking if I could just leave them out or fold them back up in and call it a day, don’t really care if I have them, but would it throw a code ?!
Typically you will need the accident/collision removed from the air bag module. I would remove and send it out to be wiped while waiting on new air bags to ship, and be installed.
Scan for codes, see what other parts of the system may have been triggered when the bags deployed.
