Firewall Mount Booster

I am in the process of rebuilding a 46 1/2 ton and after having a frozen flathead have installed a 5.0L Ford and a C4 transmission. Had to remove the original cross member to place the mount for the C4. I am looking for a firewall mount Brake booster and master cylinder setup. Since I had to remove the cross member, I will have to go with a hanging pedal and firewall mount.

Hoping for a few suggestions

Just a thought and something you may consider. I cut the center out and left the end pieces in so I could use the factory pedal setup and tie point for the emerg. brake cable. After the trans. was fitted up I fabricated my own tie pieces to make it whole again. Besides holding the clutch and brake components, that crossmember keeps the frame from spreading apart when steering and when the front springs are loaded, so it's important to have something there. If an add-on crossmember is used for the trans. mount alone, it can leave too long a span to the front crossmember, which will allow excessive frame flex. These old ladder style frames are very flexible, even with all their factory crossmembers. My 2 cents worth. Good luck!
