Blower motor
Problem is that my blower motor harness was getting to hot or it arced, melting the wiring harness to the posts on the blower motor so I replaced the motor and harness and when I wired it back, there are two heavier gauged wires, one black and green and the other yellow and green. There are 12 volts minimum with these two wires but the small communication wire is not providing any power thus the blower will not blow…can anyone please help?
Also, those who make this site possible and who give their time to make this site what it is, are great guys for your service so thank you in advance!

I recently replaced my blower motor using this video as a guide. I'll try to write down the plug wiring diagram, looking at the plug from behind (as if you're holding it and ready to plug it into the blower.)

About the blower being hard to get to - I had to take off the side panel cover, then detach the 4x4 control module so it can be moved slightly.
That 4x4 control module is held on with two 10mm bolts, one in front (easy to get off) and one in back (super hard to reach). Fortunately for me, the previous owner of the truck had already been working on this, and so the bolt in back was only finger-tight.
After that, I could get my tools to reach the torx bolts holding the blower to the top of the front passenger footwell. I admit, I had to go buy a 90-degree angle driver and put my screwdriver bit on it, and even then it took me a couple hours of attempts before the torx bolt at the very, very back came out. So if I were to do it again I would first remove that back one while the front two torx bolts still hold the blower up.
