Shift control linkage bushing
79/F150/4x4/C6

I assume there is some grommet or bushing for the end circled that goes through the support bolted to the trans. Does anyone have that part number?

That’s it, seems like this is an elusive bearing with some deep arguments discussions around it after searching the forum.

I see one on eBay for the reasonable price of $ 50 for 2 that looks correct.

The search continues….

Reach out to mikeo0o0o0 he has those super powers of knowing how to search every place to search for Ford parts. And he is a super nice guy. Just include the part # for him.
