2022 with manual A/C

The recirculation door has an intermittent problem.

Pushing the recirc button sometimes works, most of the time it doesn't. Shutting off the A/C and restarting it usually gets it to work and closes the door.

Is it the A/C control board module in the dash the problem, or the door motor? Based on the Forcan codes I'm thinking it's the dash module, seeing as it mentions it, but I'm not familiar with these types of codes or issues.

As a side note, the Sync3 audio has an intermittent problem as well. On occasion the audio sounds very low fidelity, from all sources, Bluetooth, Sirius, FM/AM, USB, etc. all sound bad. Restarting the truck usually fixes it, The Sync3 reboot procedure doesn't.

Could this be related to the A/C issue, all pointing to the dash module as the likely problem?

 

Can't answer your questions but if it were me I would be taking my truck to the dealer since you're not far from being out of warranty and see what they say.

 

Thanks, but my bumper to bumper warranty ran out 80 thousand miles ago.

 

You would have to test the door motors individually to see if they work, if they do then the control panel would be the likely issue.
I doubt the radio issue is related.
