So while installing a red head box I have clearly screwed up the threads where my drag link connects to pitman arm. After a ton of time and effort filing the threads to get the castle nut to catch it just won’t go. So I have to replace the drag link. However I can’t seem to find one that would accommodate my steering stabilizer. Does anyone know where I can find one for my 79 F-150? See pic below and thanks!
The bracket the steering stabilizer attaches to is removable. There are two bolts and the bracket comes off. The replacement draglink should have threaded holes to attach the bracket.
