I feel like I missed the best looking redesigns in the 2019 trucks, but it also seems like the new trucks have lower rear ends? When did ford make this change? When did they take that sweet stance and make the truck look like it's dragging ***? I need a new truck, but want to know what years to focus on. Does anyone know?

I would call it "back to reality". HD trucks were getting out of control tall, causing all kinds of issues getting 5th wheels to tow level. I appreciate the ride height as-is on my 24 450.
It's all a personal preference but I'm not a fan of lowering or leveling. For my uses I like a bit of rake. Then if I get a load it will level out the look and not have the headlights point upward.
It is a practical reason to make the trucks lower from the factory. So you reach into the bed. So you can lift things into the bed. So that you can pull your fifth wheel without the nose of the trailer pointing at the sun. If your truck is a fashion statement, you can always raise it your self.
The 2020+ trucks are lower than previous (which is a good thing functionally as pointed out by others) but they maintain their rake (which is also a good thing functionally if you actually use your truck to tow/haul stuff). I don't like leveling kits either.
If you want the highest factory height, stick with a 2019.
My '24 has less rake and weaker/softer springs (or much different spring rates) than my 2018 had. The same trailer with the same load makes my '24 squat with negative rake. My 2018 sat level or still 1/2-3/4" high in the rear.
I would like to see lower bedrails (depth of the bed). The bedrail height is 3+ inches taller than an OBS truck from the bed floor. Lifting a full 5-gal gas can over the side sucks...

Color options are boring as hell. Man, I'm gonna have to go back to 2016-2019 I guess. That's fine, but tough to find one with a warranty.

quit crying just get a ****in 3.5” rear block and be done with it. That’s the only change they really made anyways was a smaller block.
Can probably get a set of takeoffs and new u-bolts for next to nothing and they can be swapped with minimal tools and an hour of your time. And voila you have the same as any previous alumiduty since 2017
if I recall the fronts are really only an inch lower. If desired get a small spacer and toss that in with some caster shims and you’re good.
But as others said it was done supposedly for functional reasons.
