a/t control solenoid question
2003 f2502wd 7.3; 220k miles. It is throwing code p0783 when towing (only) down shifting from OD to D. Bought truck used, Filter and fluid may never been changed.
Contemplating changing the control module. So the question; I see the module listed with or without PWM. I don"t know which one that I need. Help, Thanks

May need a full fluid exchange with new filter... This will take about 22 or so quarts, or 5.5 gallons if your brain likes that number better.
May be the Valve Body.
May consider the above two at the same time as the bottom will be open.
May be the harness..... emphasis on may on this one.
