No power

I have a 2011 f150 when I went to take the battery out to put in a new one I blew out some fuses I replaced them but now my truck doesn’t have any power to climb any hills it’s fine for highway but no power to pull up hills any suggestions

How did you blow fuses changing a battery?? Are you sure you found all the blown fuses? Sounds like an ECM issue Are you sure you got all the wires hooked back up? Ground wires can do funny things.
