Fuse location

Hi all. I am trying to fix something for my daughter again. Does anybody know where the fuse is located for the front windshield washer on a 2023 Toyota Highlander? Thanks for any help.

20 amp mini fuse in the interior fuse box.

There are two fuse boxes under the hood. One on each side. The one on the drivers side has more fuses. There were three 20 amp fuses together I checked them and the others, but they were all good. Are there any fuse panels under the dash? If that was the fuse, and it is good, what should be checked next? I will check someplace like autozone tomorrow for a repair manual.
