I can't find the fuse from the manual. Is it under another name?

The fuse is in the fuse box, assuming there a fuse dedicated for that specific function.

Can't help you beyond that since you didn't tell us specifically what you are working on and I don't feel like going through all the possibilities.

Thanks for the reply. I'm looking for the fuse for windshield washer. There are fuses for front and back wipers but no fuse for washers. both wipers are working. Actually everything is working except both washers. Both washers pumps are bad?

I'm not going to waste my time giving every possibility.

I'm working on a 2008 Escape Hybrid. Owner manual doesn't say which fuse control the washers.

That fuse runs the front wiper modules as well as the pump. Fuse F45 also is supplies power to the front wiper module for it's electronics, however, it also supplies the HVAC blower controls. If your climate control blower is operating properly, then F45 is good. Fuses F19 and F43 supply the rear wiper module and one or both are required for the pump logic to operate properly when the rear washer is selected.

The following excerpt from the shop manual describes how the washer works:

Washer System

The front and rear washer system share the same washer reservoir and washer pump. The front and rear wiper motor modules each contain an integral washer relay that supplies a ground path for the washer pump whenever they are inactive. When windshield wash is selected on the multi-function switch, the windshield wiper motor module activates its integral washer relay, which sends voltage to the washer pump to direct fluid to the windshield. When rear wash is selected on the multi-function switch, the rear wiper motor module activates its integral washer relay to send voltage to the washer pump to direct fluid to the rear window.
Presumably, there are one-way check valves in the pump's outlets that direct the flow to the appropriate washer port based on the direction of fluid flow.

Thank you for the information. I pulled the pump out and tested with 12v and found it has no response. So it's a bad pump. it explained why all the wiper works but both washers not working.
