e-fans are whatever you slap together - I suggest a soft start controller
since “performance chip” ain’t an option for that (unless you want something useless) SCT Device of your choice from a reputable tuner

5star here, nice difference. I use the x4. They will probably have a sale next month.
Efan setup not really worth hassle. Your fan is plastic (low mass) and with an operating clutch, you gain 6-7rw with it unlocked versus removed from what I saw on a dyno.
Pair the tune with a high flow muffler (stock flows like crap) and open up the air intake some.
