UPDATE: I just received today, my very 1st OTA update on this 2024 truck. (Center Display Enhancement)
I now have the Vehicle>Settings>Software Updates>Update Details in Ford Pass as mentioned by Patrick.
It must not show anything until an actual OTA update has occurred.

When is the compass and my view fix OTA update getting pushed out? My 23 is like groundhog day and the My View screen. It will never remember the last view after about over an hour of being shutdown.

Mine was fixed by having the dealer update the IPC module to the latest version.

My 23 F-350 just spent 7 days at the dealer to do updates and its still on the older version. OTA was not happening with mine. Ford engineering got involved over the course of half that time and when all was said and done they said they are having update issues and it will be a while before anything comes out. So I am right back where I started with My view screen no compass, etc. And after ALL available updates were done to my truck I've now lost weather and traffic on my connected services. Engineering can't figure it out, dealer can't figure it out and Ford help for connected services can't figure it out except to say its been escalated and its on their end not mine. Another 23 F-350 was in for same issues at the same time, my dealer said theirs is worse then mine. Awesome! Bottom line looks like you shouldn't hold your breath for a speedy solution or I wonder about any solution.

I think whoever is working the software for Ford has no idea what they are doing, and/or the hardware is at it's limits. Mine works, for the most part, but I keep everything at a very low user level. It seems like the more you try to get it to do, the more prone to failure the system is.
