Fuel Filters
Was just wondering if anyone has a place to buy the fuel filters for the 6.4. Use to buy on Amazon ($64.00)for the last one I purchased the water separator filter would not fit in the cap properly ,have ordered many times before without any problem these are all Motocraft parts but I think the parts are aftermarket in a OEM box.Called Advanced auto $89.00 this is getting ridiculous for 1 box (2 filters) for one change.what does everyone else do? Buy in bulk and save quite a bit. I would not buy anything critical from Amazon or eBay, lots of fakes out there.

Motorcraft branded parts ( pretty much all of them) on Amazon or eBay are counterfeits. Don’t know why the scammers have targeted the Motorcraft name brand so hard but they have.
Other OE branded parts have their counterfeits too, but Motorcraft and Spicer have by far the most fakes. Just stay away from Amazon/ eBay for motorcraft or Dana/ spicer parts.

Side by side comparison shows same fit and finish. Doc's states that it meets and exceeds OEM specs.
I don't have a lab, but the visual on the elements after changes appear the same.
Filters are the only non Motorcraft parts I will use on the truck if that tells you anything. Very pleased with the quality, price and fit.
