Post 2002 Excursion alternator reccomendation

All - I couldn't find an Excursion thread, so I figured I just post here. I just need to know what everyone thinks is a proper amperage rating for an alternator for a 2002 Ford Excursion, 2WD, 5.4L V8. I just replaced mine from an Orielly Auto Parts store one, and what they said was the replacement is 110A. However, I'm seeing different articles online that are stating anywhere between 130A and 250A. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Yes, it's most likely a 110A alternator. The 110A alternator has a rectangular plug, and the 130A has a "D" shaped plug. So it's hard to install the wrong one.
