Heads up for some of you who mod vehicles. I ordered some suspension parts from BDS suspension. BDS Suspension, Zone Offroad, JKS Manufacturing, Crawltek Revolution, RT Pro UTV, and 4x4 Posi-Lok, to name some are all owned by SportTruck usa. When I ordered the parts 10 days ago the funds were taken from my account within a few minutes of placing the order. Not the typical bill once shipped. That was verified by a Large withdrawal alert of many hundreds of dollars from the financial institution I use. This is my error not using a Credit Card that could be disputed in the event of issues. Order was placed, no notice of any sort those parts were not in stock or back ordered. I found this out they have to "make" parts to fill my order after I contacted them to ask for a hopeful ship date. When I inquired of a ship date the could not provide a date or time the parts were to be made. After days of none response, no ship date or otherwise I've requested a refund. We'll see where that goes and I'll post up the results. Id like to ad if you looked at ST USA's current reviews you'll find much the same in the way of inventory of their parts and poor customer service.
