Angry C J Pony Parts, Harrisburg Pa. In business? Scam?

Anyone done business with CJ Pony Parts in Harrisburg, PA? I ordered a cowl weatherstrip for my '67 F100 over 3 weeks ago. Got a confirmation of the order and nothing since. Their online chat on the website does not work and the check order status page does not work either. They have both an 800 number and a local number. I have tried both. I have tried pushing numbers for customer service, order status, and order parts but they all go to the same place and all you get is a recording about their great parts, one day shipping, etc. I just called again and it said the wait to talk to a representative was 1551 minutes. This is crazy! Anyone know anything about this business? I guess my next call is to BBB and Visa.

They are a legit business. They do a lot of drop shipping from different suppliers and vendors and it does take time to get the parts. I have purchased many parts from them.

CJ Pony Parts is about 4 miles from my house. Great people, great parts and decent prices.

I've ordered several items from CJ Pony Parts. I actually ordered the same part as you, and it took about 3 weeks to get it, as it was back ordered. When I did get it, the clips were not installed in the correct place for the holes in the cowl. However, with a little patience, the clips can be removed and re-installed in the correct location.
