My 04 f150 has started acting very strange. It started with the brake pedal not wanting to be pressed down but it went away and then I couldn't change gears (auto trans). That is sporadic problem.
On the dash is shows the high beams and hazard lights are on but they're not.
And now my AC doesn't work.
When I scan it there is 2 O2 sensors that have been showing bad for a year but now I have a B1484-20.
Do any of these symptoms make any sense for the code?
How do I fix it?

Brake pedal: If it is binding, the bushings in the pedal and push rod may be shot, or the master and booster may have some issue. You'll have to inspect the pedal where it's attached, and the link to the master. If those are sound, then pull the master and booster and see what you find.
Can't change gears: Do you mean the shifter won't come out of park? If so, that could be related to the brake issue as you probably have an interlock preventing the shifter from moving unless you have the brake depressed.
If you simply can't move the shifter, you'll have to check the column, and where the shifter connects to the transmission itself. Could be a link, could be a cable. Check the condition.
AC doesn't work: You'll just have to get this serviced, checked for leaks, leaking parts replaced and system recharged. Not an easy DIY.
Bad o2 sensors: If they sensors are bad, replace them. If you are just getting a CEL and suspect the sensors, check for vacuum leaks and other problems on the intake side.
I don't know the codes, but someone else might.
I think the codes and many of your problems are unrelated.
20 year old truck, you're bound to start having issues with it. Check all of your grounds especially the ones behind the kick panels and near the battery. Don't just look at them an assume they are good, unbolt them and make sure there's no corrosion, scrape away any paint between the ground lugs and sheet metal, retighten them.
Sounds like you have multiple issues unrelated so start with the grounds 1st.
