Has anyone applied one of these full window stickers to your rear glass?
I’m curious to know if it impedes vision much when it rains and how clean it wipes with the window wiper.
I help a friend years ago put something similar on the back window of his pickup truck,,,it went on the inside ( so the Excursion rear wiper wouldn’t touch it) but it pretty much blocked the view out of the rear window in his case.
on a funny side note, the window decal I helped with was a big Harley Davidson emblem, the truck owner did not own a Harley motorcycle , nor was the truck a Harley edition ( it was actually a GMC, which don’t even have Harley editions). So he ended up not being able to see out his back window of his truck to show off the brand of something he didn’t even own.
…
it’s designed so you can see out so view is not impeded. I don’t carry an eagle or American flag inside. The flag would be displayed proudly as an Americano. The eagle flies free only to visit me on payday..
It will most likely affect the auto dim mirror sensitivity...
The auto dimmer balances oncoming light between the forward facing light sensor, and the rearward facing sensor to provide dimming. The brighter the oncoming headlights, the less it'll dim. After replacing my auto mirror, it's a feature I use especially when driving through the night till the next day.

Hmmm… scratching head. Good point. I was memorized by the cool factor.

the rear and side glasses are so dark now, that I can't see out of any of them thru the mirror.
it came from near Corpus Christi, TX and they must like black windows??
After you put window decals on all your windows lets us know when you install the Carolina squat drop kit on the rear. Oh. and you probably needs lots of oversized flags as well. Make sure they are excessively large. You know, cause merica.

I was talking to a mechanic outside of Rock Hill last year. (Fort Mill) He was telling me when they went in for inspection they would fail them.
Now there's about 6 states that have banned them completely. All southern States. Imagine that.
I never understood it. Thought it looked stupid. And ruined the truck. But I'm old and I figure it was a kids will be kids kind of thing.
Lifted or lowered I'm fine with. But pick one.
The whole Carolina squat thing actually started out as the Cali-Lean. It's taken from desert race trucks (mostly in California) that have 18 plus inches of front suspension travel (needed for high speed desert racing). For whatever reason the Carolina guys took the look and evolved from its long travel suspension beings, into the useless crap it is now.

That’s why I have the 08 style tow mirrors. I rarely look through my inside rear view mirror. The 08 mirrors provide a great view. Besides, with a trailer in tow, you can’t use the rear window anyway.
If the law decides to cite me for a rear window covering, it’s an easy process to remove. My question was if the wiper would wipe the glass clean without streaking.

yeah,
I also bought the huge outside Tow Mirrors,
I had to in order to be able to see back past the Toy Hauler, which is 8 ft, 1 inch wide.
even that is not good enough, I bought a Falcon Eye rearview camera and mounted it on the Toy Hauler over the Ramp door.....
on a 7 inch display, I can make out the model of the cars behind me for over a 1/4 mile.
