Does the front end have any negative camber now? If it doesn't then the springs aren't sagged. The rear of the truck definitely looks higher than normal for a 2wd, it's possible a PO installed heavier rear springs, this could be corrected by removing some leafs.
I don’t believe it does. My great uncle bought it new and my grandfather had it after him. I don’t think they put anything on the truck. I got it bone stock. I do want it level, but I want to bring the front up, not lower the back. I may put new factory springs in case these are sagging and so they will be new. I’ll add spacers after if it needs to go up more.
I have Moog CC824 springs ($100 on Amazon) but do some research, there may be clearance issues on a 2wd, but they should otherwise fit.
(I noticed in a previous picture, you are missing the plastic spring isolater pads, so if you replace the springs, order some of those to)
Okay, so I jacked up my truck and took all of the weight off of the springs. They measured approximately 15”. With weight on them they came in at approximately 12”. Would this be normal, or considered sagging springs? Rough Country has 1.5” leveling springs but they are also 12” with weight on them. I don’t know what to do.

Can't be too much help there, as there are so many different types of springs, OE and aftermarket.
This is the difference in my coils, but I don't know what factors produce a difference between our OE springs.
