Hello, I recently banged up my tailgate on my 24 platinum unfortunately
Anyways, had a Ford dealer, paint, and replace the entire gate
Reason I’m asking this is because they’re like an hour away and don’t feel like driving all the way back there for them to make it right
But I’ve noticed the passenger side boot seem to latch as tight as the driver side.
Not sure if they’re in his adjustment for that? And also.
The pull out step when pushing the button is kinda hard to disengage, and it appears also the passenger side doesn’t sit as flush as the driver side see photos. Didn’t know if there’s an adjustment for that you guys can steer me in the right direction?
