Hi guys, I own a 2020 a F350 STX Dually, and since I bought the interior lights never turned on, either rear lights, even if the doors is open or pressing the buttons. I'm trying to solve this situation, I couldn't find any information if has a fuse for those lights.
I hope you guys can help me with any tips.
Yes there's a fuse. It's in the fuse panel at the passenger side kick panel I think. Get out the owners manual to find the correct fuse(s) to check.
If all fuses are good it may be a fault in the Body Control Module. I had the BCM replaced and reprogrammed on my truck last November because the interior lights would not come on when I opened any doors.
Did you buy this truck new or used? If used, its possible that the prior owner used Forscan to turn them off? Or, if you have ever used Forscan on this truck, then its possible you turned them off by accident.
