Mine seems to be working. All good except for being able to log maintenance... and I'll mention it again so Ford can see - they need to put out an update that allows for maintenance entry via the app, with images. Jeez-

My ford pass has been down as well as my CarPlay most of the time. Dealer won’t touch it they say there an update coming out. More often than not my CarPlay will connect to my phone, will show it’s playing pandora but I can only get radio station to play sound. Even when CarPlay is selected

I primarily use it to lock and unlock when I don't have the keys on me (outside doing something, realize I need something out of the vehicle and it's locked), OR when we get inside somewhere and I don't remember if I locked it - real quick pop the app open and hit 'lock' to make sure. I have remote started occasionally and checked the vehicle's location and approximate fuel level from time to time, but primarily it's for the lock/unlock function, which seems to work great.

Well now the desktop service update option is not working. Dammit - how can Ford have the service history tracking so f'ed up? The app was just updated...it' not an option there. The online version give an "Opps..." message, it's not working either. This is so frustrating.

Well I just tried again, an still not working for me. I've tried it on Chrome and Edge, not working. The message I get is, "Oops! Something went wrong adding your entry. Please refresh and try again later."
