I’ve got a 1995 f-150 XLT, super cab, short bed, automatic 4x4 hubs (button on dash bezel), duel fuel tanks, 302SBC, 4spd auto. With the following Options: Theft system/Alarm, rear sliding window, power locks, power mirrors, power windows, SRS Airbags, 3rd brake light on cab, 4x4 Decal on bed, white pin stripes, black trim molding all around. Two tone paint: Medium royal blue metallic & light grey/silver. I’m Wondering if this is a rare or very uncommon combination, I have only seen 4 trucks on the market match it (Marketplace, offerup, Bring a Trailer, & other auto websites).

A Ford truck with a 302 small block Chevy? That would be unique especially since they stopped making those in the early 70's. I'm sure you meant small block Ford, but I gotta rib ya on that one.
Unfortunately, that's not a rare truck. If you're asking how many exactly Identical trucks were made like you're, down to the color of the pin striping, probably a few hundred. But tens of thousands of 1995 302 EC/SB 4X4s XLTs were made. Very nice truck though. Post a picture of it.

Your best bet would be to order a Deluxe- or Elite Marti Report. https://www.martiauto.com/martireports.cfm those higher tier reports will give some production stats as to 'how many had what'
I had ordered the Standard report for my '95, just to verify it had every option available - and it does except for the radio - I have the upgraded AM/FM/Cassette, just not the AM/FM/CD.
