On the lot kicking the tires yesterday. 2024 F350 Lariat 11,500 off MSRP of 87000 and high KBB trade value for my 2015. Includes the current 1000 incentive. Good deal for today’s market? Thanks for the input.

KBB trade value doesn't mean much, what will the dealer give you for it?
Usually take a big hit on trade-in when you get so much off of sticker.
11.5 off sticker is a big discount, see what the out the door deal is with your trade.

I’ve checked KBB, Edmunds and Nada. Seems to be high trade value and middle private party sale price.
thats a super deal! Of course it does depend on the model. XL or XLT dealers are now looking to get rid of them, so easy deals on those, but Lariat Ultimates and up are super hard to get deals on. I have seen a few where they are still advertising OVER MSRP on Platinums. I just got a 24 F350 LU DRW for $5K under MSRP and full payoff on my trade. I could have spent the time and sold mine outright for more than trade, but for what, $2,000 maybe? The rest would go into paying the taxes. While waiting to sell, then what ever I was looking at would have sold as well. Two trucks I was interested in were sold by the time contact was made.

I think regionally it matters too. I’m in North Texas and there are a ton of DRW. Im wanting a low end Lariat DRW…6.7, 3.55, FX4, 5th wheel prep and Lariat ultimate package. There’s probably 10 within 50 miles of me. Not much seems to be moving. 1/2 have been on the lots since May/June. Flooring must be getting expensive.
11,500 off AND a high trade. Better jump on it if you're seriously looking. If that truck is being offered like that to everyone I'd be shocked if its still available as I am typing.
