I would think Ford would have them as NOS. The hoods on the Excursions and Superduty's are all the same from at least 1999 to 2007. If not check wrecking yards. Besides that, they are pretty much worthless IMHO. If you want light, I'd suggest led's in strategic locations.
I used a KC cyclone led light and just spliced in a bulb adapter on the end of the light and pluged it into the existing light scoket where the factory bulb was. The light is round with a hole in the middle so I just removed a plug that holds up the hood liner, pushed it through the hole in the light and back into its existing hole on the hood Super bright and took all of 5 minutes for the complete install.

I stuck on some cheap 48 LED panels and wired into the switch. I didn't expect them to survive under hood conditions but so far so good.
