I put a 912 bulb in my under hood light. The light comes on when I open the hood, but the bulb is sorta loose. I want to make sure it’s the right one though, I don’t want it falling out and creating problems. It seems like it’ll work but it moves back and forth a little bit.
I know I'm super late to this... on my 96 i cut the bulb end off and wired in 2 while LED rock lights and put a switch up by the firewall. Like noon at midnight now and no issues.
