My daughter just purchased a very clean KR 150 from an older gentleman. I noticed that the ammeter wasn't working and he said he just replaced the alternator and the gauge never moved, just like it was now. No issues with the truck, runs and starts fine. Anyone have any tips or thoughts on repair of the gauge?

Never seen an F 150 with an ammeter, only volt meters.
Okay,
Cluster gauge problems.....................are you familiar with the thread that comes up with a solution? Is the thought to replace the entire cluster? Just point me in the direction.
On another note, Mr. Electric, thanks for all the help.

Cheapest and fastest way to fix would be to add an aftermarket volt meter.
