Dual Tank Problems

Does anyone know if there is a fix for fuel "bleeding" over from one tank to another, specifically from the rear tank to the front tank?

I'm pretty sure there was a recall on that several years ago.I would talk to someone at a (good) dealer service dept.,preferably one that has dealt in a lot of truck sales and service over the years.

I had this problem on my 88 F250. I had to replace the front tank fuel pump and the collector valve. Like you my truck was pumpimg fuel from the rear to the front tank. The check valves go bad. These parts aren't cheap either. Cost around $300 for both parts in 1998. The bad thing is you have to drain the fuel from the front tank before removing it.
