Guys Im struggling bad with this one piece regulator. Glass is in. Slides up and down by hand fine, a little snug when window is half down for a split second and then easy again.
Stick the power window units in and they bind....
The drivers is hitting on one of the three door handle nuts. But I think a little grinding on it and it will be close.
The passenger side is a whole different animal, no clearance issues. BUT it is like the entire unit is cocked. Ive tried adjusting the rear bolt, up will let it slide while it is near the top, down and it will slide halfway up the bottom. In the middle and it is locked tight either way.
Im so ticked, fresh paint is all screwed up, felt runs are trashed in the passenger door....
Any advice appreciated.....like I said both will slide up and down by hand just fine, a little snug but no yanking or hard stops.
