is there any MASor MAF senors that would be able to fit a b2 and will it add power?

The 1991 California ones had a MAF. If you are serious about doing the mod I might have a copy buried someplace.

By itself, a MAF conversion won't add power; it's just a different way of measuring the air coming into the engine.
As for the debate over which is better, speed density or mass air, the only time I've seen the debate favor the mass air system is after other major modifications have changed the characteristics of the engine beyond what the speed density system can accomodate. In other words, a MAF conversion allows the engine management to better take advantage of other engine modifications, but by itself doesn't add any power.
