my 1999 F-350 super duty 4wd went totally dead while i sat at my daughter's practice. the battery is new and good. there is an intermittent buzzing sound under the dash. i have played with the battery cables and tried to turn on the ignition, there is an intermittent response of instrument lights and door buzzers, then nothing.
any thoughts?

After having it towed home I discovered it to be a simple grounding issue. I had put a battery disconnect off the ground terminal as the truck had a slow drain notice right after I purchased it. In the year of me taking the disconnect on and off many times, the ground wire(s) did not like that; simple corrosion was the issue.
Blue Oval: White 1999 F-350 Super Duty 6.8 Tritan V-10, 4WD, extended cab, long bed, Snug Top profile fit camper shell, 342986 on the clock ... air blows chilly, no motor knock, everything works except the door locks.
