Right front window down on its own?
That's the short version of this post. The long version follows:
The wife and I and out newborn have been in the Philippines 🇵🇭 for 5 months. During that time I left our 22 Limited with a friend, Joe, and changed the insurance to storage mode saving a few bucks. During the trip we found that Joe and his wife were also coming to the Philippines about a week before we left. My truck has DV plates so I can park at San Antonio airport free up to a month. So, I turned the regular insurance back on, the day before his flight. Then he drove to the airport so it would be waiting there when we arrived. We met up in the Philippines and he gave me the key.
A day later, I got an intrusion alarm and another 2 hours later. Great, San Antonio strikes again and I'm going back to another broken window. Im hoping it was a moth but I had no alarms while it was at Joe's. Nothing I could do really but I changed my policy to $0 deductible for comprehensive. A couple days later, another alarm. So, for the rest of my trip, I'm on the Ford app checking that it's still there in the parking lot and not enroute to Chihuahua. But, when i got back to the truck, the front right window was down but not damaged. Nothing appeared stolen. There was a gym bag sitting on the center box and it was still zipped so I know it and the box weren't rummaged. Joe and his wife don't remember the window being down. Possibly one of them hit the auto down and didn't realize it or maybe some glitch put it down after they left? Well, no harm no foul but I'm just curious.
Nothing really in the truck worth stealing but it sat in semi-public for a week with the window open.
