2006 vs 2008 track bar and bracket difference

2006 vs 2008 track bar and bracket difference
I am working on swapping a coil D60 into an excursion. I have a couple donors I’m pulling from and I noticed the 2008 track bar is longer than the 2006 unit and the frame brackets are a bit different as well.
In curious if anyone knows why?

I know there was rear suspension changes in '08, so i wouldn't be surprised if they tweaked the front a little to improve it.
Does, or did, the 2008 have a lift? They could be an aftermarket drop bracket and bar.
