If someone can point me toward a specific fit of a very similar product for our trucks, I would appreciate it.
Lacking that, would this particular item be "close enough" to work ?
I don't know of anyone around me that would have such a truck as pictured for me to compare windshield length/height, etc.
I have really good curtain track and cab curtains that can keep out prying eyes; but, I would like a tough wrap-around exterior sun-shield to turn the heat and provide another layer of privacy.
What keeps someone from peeling it off to look inside?
For the $25 I would give it a try as it has to be better than nothing.
On my DD I have one of them inside sun shields that is silver on 1 side.
Mine has 2 thin metal hoops that the covering is over.
You fold it in half when not in use and when you put use it it fits between the dash and the head liner molding up top and the 2 A pillars.
Works pretty good just need to come up with something for the side glass in your case.

Sorry, couldn't pass up showing the free thing I got from Harbor Fright. The blue tarp worked great for keeping water out while I was sealing the area under the cowl.
Any good marine canvas shop could make a custom sunbrella cover for you. They could even put a few snaps on the corners. That would secure it for privacy and keep it on there while driving.
You won't get a custom cover for cheap though. I'd try the 25 dollar one. And for creeps trying to peek in...well lock and load...
I think you’ll want a shade specifically sized to fit a truck. The one I previously mentioned was for a Class C motorhome, the kind with a van front end.
Each end of the cover had a big pocket on the upper corner. You’d open the door, drape this pocket over the corner, and then close it. Closing the door pulled the cover snug. You’d also tuck the cover under the windshield wipers.
It may still be worth gambling $25 on the cheap cover, especially if it can be returned for free. You might be able to modify it a little if needed. But the dimensions need to be fairly close to get a reasonable fit. Probably never a big market for an 80s F-series cover, so I doubt a commercial version would be easy to find.
