Power Tailgate question
Hi Peeps! Have a new 2024 F350 Lariat. I thought the manual says that the power opening tailgate can be opened in Park or Reverse. It seems, that I have to turn the truck off to open the gate.
I must be doing something incorrectly. Any tips?

Make sure you push the "unlock" button before pushing the tailgate button .

Yes , my tailgate button does not operate the tailgate unless you hit the door unlock button . This is if you have driven the truck , engine is still running and you haven't exited the vehicle .
