Greetings

I've had a '74 Ford F-250 (see avatar(from 2001)), truck since I was in high-school (for about 30 years now); before that, it was my grandpa's and he bought it used in '76, retired, and drove it cross-country, then, in the '80's, it sat mostly in his drive-way.

Some notable events that happened in my truck:

While learning to drive in high-school, I was stopped, waiting to make a left-turn and a lady, drove her car into my truck's front-bumper and totaled her car. There's still a scratch on my bumper.

I overheated the original engine and it blew up; I continued to drive it, for years, with only seven-cylinders, rocking and making a knocking sound.

In 2002 I changed the engine myself; it took a month, every weekend; I'm never doing that ever again.

I can't tell you, how many times I've helped my friends' move, but one, had three truck-loads of car-parts and he moved, just about every three-months.

I let the hood go rusty, and if I want to replace it, I can go to a junkyard.

For years I had a flag, on my antenna; I had a pirate-flag on there, for a while, until someone couldn't get it off so they just cut my antenna and to replace the antenna, I have to remove my fender.

Right now, it serves and canine-transportation to and from the dog-parks and I only drive it a few miles a week.

I also have a Lincoln Towncar, 2003.

My primary mode of transportation, is, bicycle. I like my exercise.

I'll probably only talk about truck-stuff here.
