'79 F250 front leafs

A question for the Cummins swap crowd, what front springs do you use without lifting the ride height? I'm still using the stock two leaf and they are sagging close to the bump stop.

I have a big bumper on mine and the bigger super radiator, a full length add a leaf helps that extra weight, but there might be a better way.

X2 the cheap ol add-a leaf is good for a 1.5 worth of lift. So maybe that will help level you back out. Or maybe a alot of work for nothing and you might as well get the HD higher GVWR springs.

Spring Capacity = 2750 lbs

1980 HD springs capacity: 3485 lbs.

Some talk about add-a leafs.

Don’t know if this helps as mine is a 72’ and your 79 is a different frame but I have general spring V code ~1999-2005 super duty front springs using the battle born front bracket. I let them settle down and then put in shorter rear blocks to level the truck.
The springs had Dayton stickers, made in Indonesia.
