When I was engine swapping my Excursion I needed to make custom AC lines, bought the needed hoses and fittings from ColdHose.com (link below) and the crimp tool off Amazon (Cold Hose sells the crimp tool as well, but the Amazon knockoff was way cheaper). Not a hard or expensive process really, my custom hoses came out cheaper than it would've buying a new set of replacement stock hoses.

Amazon AC line crimp tool (this may not be the exact one I have, but they are all similar and probably come for the same Chinese factory)
If for whatever reason you just don't want to make your own, then most hydraulic shops can make AC lines too. Just be prepared to PAY for their services. I got a quotes from a couple local hydraulic places to make my AC lines, but after seeing the price on the quotes, I went out and bought the materials & tool to make them myself.
