The sliding door over the compartment that houses the wireless charging and USB A and C ports used to stay open once pushed forward but now it won't stay and just slides back closed. Not really wanting to take it into the dealer for this any ideas?
I had an issue 1 time with that door in my '19, but the symptom was different. Mine jammed up. I used a little force to free it up and it hasn't acted up since. Your's might require disassembly to diagnose and fix. I don't know what all is involved in getting it apart, if under warranty I would be more inclined to let the dealer fix it. If you decide to take it apart and find that it needs to be replaced, it will be out of pocket at that point.
Exactly, if this is on the new truck in your signature...don't touch it. Have the dealership repair it through warranty. (You didn't say what year truck so I'm just assuming here).

My ‘23 has done this since day 1. I don’t really use the compartment much except to store charge cords and I have my dash cam routed to the USB port in there. It used to only close when I hit a bump but now it’ll just randomly close so I leave it that way. It’s not worth taking to the dealer in my opinion unless you’re regularly using it.
Question for the OP, when you would close that door, did you pull it closed, or did you push it forward and let it close itself? It is supposed to be a push to open, push to close device.
Asking, because that wasn't obvious to me and I pulled it closed while at the dealership picking up the new truck, and the salesman showed me how to do it. I'm sure doing it wrong would eventually cause the latch to fail.
I'd probably just whittle a wedge out of wood and shove it in the groove to hold it open forevermore.
