I have a new to me 2022 f250 xlt. When ac is running with recirculating button pushed i smell everything outside whats wrong with my ac? Also smell in truck like rotted yogurt.
Smell is probably mold in the inlet, water gets in there and the drain gets clogged and then you get mold.
They makes some stuff you can put in the inlet to kill the mold and make it smell better, get it at the local auto parts store.
As to the recirculating, are you not hearing the air rushing in at the inlet under the passenger side dash?
May be a blend door actuator not working.
My 2022 XL also has a wonky recirculating actuator. It only works about 5% of the time now. Started about 120k miles (128k miles now). Not sure if it’s the controller or actuator, but may try a new controller first instead of pulling the dash. AC cools WAY better when recirc is working though, so pretty obvious when it actually does work.

Hi there. Feel free to send us a DM with your vehicle's VIN and mileage. We'd be happy to look into this for you.
fwiw... I tend to run through all the options for HVAC outlets as well as heat and AC on a somewhat regular basis. I figure it keeps things 'exercised' and working. You know - the 'ol "use it or loose it" saying.
