I've owned my 2016 F-350 6.7 since new, purchased in 2015 and currently have 25K miles on it.

25k miles in 9 years? I wouldn't do anything to it. I'd sell it and buy a gasser - diesels don't like to sit.
I say that because I once bought a 10 year old diesel that only had 50k on it...and I had to rebuild the turbo, injectors, and the oil cooler, because it just SAT in a barn instead of being used. Once I was done it ran like an animal and I daily drove it after that, putting another 50k on it in 2 years.
