I am asking for a buddy of mine does anyone have the headlight switch spacer IC-11675-A and nut M-11662 that secures the switch to the dash that they want to sell. It is for a 1952 F1. Any help would be appreciated.
The spacer part number is 1C-11675-A. I have no immediate sources.
The Headlamp Switch Bezel/Nut is Ford part 0M-11662 and is 1 1/6" outside diameter with 3/8"-24 threaded stem that goes through the spacer and into the switch assembly. Like your spacer, this part is not reproduced or inventoried and only found on 1950/51 Mercury Passenger Cars (except Station Wagons), 1951/52 trucks (your application), and 1953/54 P Series Parcel Delivery vehicles.
For used but serviceable parts that are impossible to find, Chucks Trucks LLC is your best bet, but even his magic has limits. Last time I checked, he didn't have these, but his inventory is very fluid, so you never know.
Ford Part FAB-11662-A for the 53/54 F-100 has the same threads, but smaller OD on the bezel. MidFifty and a few other specialty parts suppliers catalog it as a replacement for the 51/52 trucks, so it seems as if it may work for you in a pinch.
I think his name is Dennis, he has that like perfect red truck ,lives in Florida, "first Ride?
He had these parts a couple minutes ago?(months)
I bought Carb. from him,twas/is perfect.
Good luck
Greg
Joining this pardon me but I am also interested in the nut and bezel if they are available.
I drilled a hole in a threaded bolt to make the connection piece for the **** rod to connect, effective and ok but I would prefer original. I contacted Chuck’s Truck’s a couple of months ago they told me they did not have these parts and they were currently not being reproduced.
