I have 160/0s now and will be sending them to Rosewood this week or the next to get bumped to 200/30's or with a super secret special nozzle that Andrew Arthur recommends.
The power of the 160/0 injector is an incredible bump over the stock stuff, especially when you throw a hydra on there. Even at elevation in CO they run super clean.
@Hit Man X and I are big stakeholders in the valve spring game. Even after doing just fresh springs with .030 shims underneath all valves it smoothed out the RPM band. I'm planning on going back and correcting and shimming to correct specs soon and studs while down there since its no longer my daily driver.
My stix are headed to Jim as of today. Watch out for actual installed height. Mine was all over the place due to miles. I'm curious to see what my valves look like in teardown
. I helped a buddy on a set of heads and I have never seen valves so worn as his. That sure made me wonder about the health of mine.

Super secret special nozzle?? What is that? I promise I won’t tell anyone else on the internet.

They aren't much of a secret so much as they seem relatively unexplored. They're DDP nozzles. They're 25% over vs the usual 30% or bigger but have 9 holes instead of 7. I'm told by Andrew Arthur that they flow closer to a 50% but smoke like a 15%.
Jim has built a couple sets but wasn't sure it was worth the added cost (about 400 bucks and you have to supply your own nozzles when you send them in).
I'm thinking hard about it, but also because I told @d2freak82 and now he wants them so I have to beat him to it

My suggestion, Marty's e-fuel, if you have a crew cab then a pre pump solutions kit to go with it. Check out Marty's website. They also offer support if you need help or come across issues during install. Meaning they will respond to emails and calls. I even had Marty call me up to offer help.
Ironically posted this in another thread tonight, but my take: 444fab or strictly diesel. These two kits are very well put together for different reasons. Can't go wrong with either.

I'll have to look into those. I was looking at martys last night and they have two pump options, is one different than the other?
@fordman67 tons of shims in that package I sent to Khan, it has three compressors and a mic. Bum it if needed for your head job. Also curious how whipped yours are when examined.
I think I had something hilarious seat pressure wise about 43psi once taken into consideration seat/valve wear and spring wear.
My efuel is Mark F's. Fine for my needs. @96SD has a diff kit I believe.
People claim the Bosch is better and rated for diesel. I purchased a walbro because there were claims that the walbro was Rated for a higher HP. I think that is the walbro wasn't rated for diesel then Marty's wouldn't be selling them in their kit. I just bought an extra pump on standby just in case.

Most kits today from what I recall are either the oem SD bosch pump or the walbro. I run the oem bosch and like it, very quiet. About to add a second one in parallel since I have another good one laying around. Pretty sure @Hit Man X 's Efuel runs the walbro and he hasn't had any issues with it to date

Sweet yeah I'll for sure update as I go. I've seen #7 is a pain in the ***.

so what's the kit for crew cab? is it like a 2 pumps system because of the distance it needs to be pulled and pushed?
