What do I do?

I work in sales at a popular cell phone company, and it is commision driven. I do like my job for the most part, I mean meeting new people who rely on you to sell them quality, is something Im proud of. I have the usual problems, my boss is a moron and some of my co workers get credit for stuff I do but whatever. The problem is this. We use two different cpu programs during an activation one to set up an account and the other to ring up a sell. Well last month was really good to me (thank god) and I came out above my quota, but now when I expect my commision check to comes in I dont get it because the two programs dont correspond. The commisions viewer says Im at 38% and to be able to get your commision at all you have to be at 60%. Anyways now I have to fill out a form for the discrepencies and I dont really feel like it is fair, I mean is it my fault? Now all hell is gonna break loose b/c rent and truck note due and a couple of small bills that Im gonna have to figure out, and after telling my boss this she has no remorse she just tells me to fill out stupid form. I feel like Im getting screwed and if you guys know of any ways I can go about handling this please let me know. Also if you think Im being lazy sob tell me that too. This is the first commission based job I have ever had and didnt really expect it to go down like this.

Thanks

...Nothing much to do...Ya gotta play the game and make sure the "T's" are crossed and the "i's" are dotted...Fill out the forms and jump through all the hoops, get documentation and copies, keep track of your transactions and maintain meticulous records...

Your experiencing the primary reason I was never comfortable working on commission or for Tips....
G'luck..

You're not be a lazy sob, you really shouldn't have to fix the computer's mistakes. But in the imperfect wourld we live in, that's what you gotta do. Ignorance is abundant in todays world, your situation doesn't affect your boss, so why should she care. The only real solution for this is to find a business to start. Or come to work with an uzi...
