2005 E-350 UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD REPLACEMENT
Hello everyone. I have a 2005 Ford E-350 Super Duty with a 5.4 gas engine. The app intake must is cracked. The OEM manifold is on backorder and is also $418 ➕️ tax! Labor costs have been all over the map with some Ford dealers saying they don't have the tools to work on it andotherswon'tgivea priceoverthe phone. Isn't there a set amount of time in a book or repair manual that tells you how many hours it takes? Is $185 per hour for labor a good price? Finally, does anyone know about the aftermarket manifolds and their quality. I really need some help. THANKS SO MUCH!

I installed a Dorman intake but the 1st one ended up being warped it leaked antifreeze 2 months after I installed it they warranted it and I replaced it with another Dorman and it has been good for 2 years I tried to replace it with a motorcraft but it was on back order
